Operational HR

The functions and responsibilities of the HR department have undergone many changes in recent years. Technological advancement, the emergence of new positions in the company, employees dynamics, legislative context – all these influence the activity of specialists who have to manage daily challenges.

We intend to discuss the main aspects of HR managers and experts who are defining the operational framework, during the third edition of “Operational HR” event, that will take place on the 28th of October, 2016, in Cluj Napoca, at Golden Tulip Ana Dome Hotel.
