Enhancing the Legal Protection for EU Financial Interests in Romania
Freedom House Romania opens the registrations for the second Enhancing the Legal Protection for EU Financial Interests in Romania Conference, co-financed by the European Commission in OLAF-HERCULE – 2014-2020 program. After Bucharest, the second conference happens in Cluj-Napoca, September 27-28th 2018, at Hotel Paradis.
We acquire here comprehensive competences regarding EU funds fraud: we pursue the understanding of fraud indicators and give examples of case studies, understanding and applying the rigors of documenting and justifying fraud and irregularities in terms of administrative, civil and criminal consequences, applicable judicial mechanisms in the field of European funds and the extent of liability for fraud and irregularities.
