Open Heart – Social Tools for Building Community

This is a unique opportunity to connect with the Collective Wisdom, explore the Emotional Intelligence field, step out of the comfort zone and meet the space where the magic happens.

In a serious and playful way, this 2-days workshop can be a profound experience of transformation at individual and collective level. Together, we will de-construct mental patterns through exercises, group dynamics and games. We will learn and practice: Forum, Fishbowl, Open Space, World Cafe, Decision Making and more.

During this process, it will be created and encouraged a space of trust and mutual support. Many tools will be explored and we will learn how to create strong and lasting communities, sustained by authentic relationships based
on trust and in the spirit of sharing and collaboration.

The booking fee of 35€ reflects only logistics and organization costs. The facilitation is offered in Gift Economy principles, this means the participants will be invited to value the facilitation in an exercise, as integral part of the Open Heart workshop.
