The European Meetings in Transylvania
The Embassy of France in Romania and the French Institute – Cluj-Napoca Branch organize the eight edition of the European Meetings in Transylvania(RET) on March 14th in Cluj-Napoca and during 15-16 March 2018 in Alba Iulia. The theme this year is „Sustainable Cities”, as this is a topic currently under discussion both in France and in Romania, and is directly related to local development.
The theme “Sustainable Cities” will be divided into three topics: Endeavors and governance processes for a city which becomes sustainable; Sustainable city: priority for an increased quality of life for the inhabitants and for the economic, digital and energetic transition and Innovation in terms of sustainable development. These topics will also be divided in workshops which will structure this year’s edition.
