20 years of SOFTECH at MWC 2018, Barcelona

SOFTECH, the globalborne yet friendly software company from Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania region, Romania celebrated its 20 years anniversary in Barcelona at the leading mobile technology event: Mobile World Congress 2018. On the occasion, SOFTECH staged some of its AI (artifcial intellogence) development expertise and the full range of complex software development services, as well as rapid software prototyping and IoT development capabilities.

Located in the NexTech area, Romania’s Country Pavilion in Hall 8.0 (8.0I1) hosted 13 companies from across the country. SOFTECH was among the 4 companies from Cluj-Napoca, one of the most prominent software development and research centers of Romania and the South-Eastern European region.

We literally speared up our presence in the NEXTech zone! Staged within the ultimate destination for next-generation technology at Mobile World Congress 2018, SOFTECH team was “proud to feature its AI development capabilities and complex industrial software development among the most forward-thinking companies and innovative technologies that are currently ‘disrupting’ the mobile ecosystem” (D.C).

For us MWC 2018 meant 4 days of exploring potential partnerships in the field of mobile application development  and ultra-specialized areas such as: professional telecommunications, digital mapping, intelligent lighting, smart homes, energetic systems, IoT, transportation. “The interest shown for our AI apps reveal the potential of this technology in the nearest future.” – States Mr. Levente Szelyes, SOFTECH CEO.
