We are positioned to address the needs of local and international investors. The two business centers – CREIC (The Regional Center of Excellence for Creative Industries) and TEAM (The Center for Technology, Evolution, Entrepreneurship and Microenterprises) were built by the Municipality of Cluj-Napoca, our supporting partner, with the goal of enhancing the city’s economic, academic and cultural values. Cluj Innovation Park is the company created to manage the two centers and to develop the whole industrial park.

If you are in need of an inspiring work place, we have got great office support facilities in CREIC and TEAM buildings. We offer a variety of spaces starting at 15 sq. m up to 366 sq. m. When you rent an office space here, you become member of Cluj Innovation Park community and get access to everything we offer: events, coworking area, bistro facilities, online community, networking etc.
FILM STUDIO
CREIC hosts the only studio in Transylvania dedicated to the cinema and television industry. The Romanian Government offers cash rebate support up to 45% back for eligible production spending for feature films, animation, documentary, mini-series, TV series on any media or support.
